We are currently accepting vendor applications for the Vintage Harvest Fall Market in collaboration with Brandon Downtown Biz! .

Application Info

If you are a vendor who is interested in joining our market for this event, please read the information below and fill out our application. Applications will be available until August 5th. Any applications received after August 5th will be added to our waitlist. If space is available in the category requested, you will be contacted.

All makers will be contacted on or before August 15th and will be notified of their acceptance to the market by email from appleandpinemarket@outlook.com. Please monitor your junk mail or add our email to your safe list. E-transfer to be sent to info@brandondowntown.biz with “Fall Market” and invoice number in the memo line. (preferred method)

**Please note: The Vintage Harvest Market is a curated vintage market. We are primarily seeking vendors offering vintage and thrifted goods, market gardeners, & food/beverage vendors & food trucks . A limited number of handcrafted, locally made, or non-vintage-inspired businesses may be accepted. Multi-level marketing (MLM) and direct sales companies will not be considered.

We will also be following all Provincial Public Health guidelines at the time of the market. Please be specific in your application. Any items baked or cooked must be wrapped and sealed when available for purchase. If you intend on giving out samples, please note that in your application and refer to the Farmer’s Market Guidelines for the Province of Manitoba or speak to your local food inspector. We can provide a contact if you have questions.

1) Bring your own 10’ wide by 10’ outdoor tent - $85 (electricity is not available please bring your own generator). *Larger spaces very limited & upon request, additional charges will apply.

2) Food Trucks - $85

Upon acceptance, please send payment by August 25th to info@brandondowntown.biz. Payment must be received by this date to secure your spot as space and time is limited. No exceptions.

The Vintage Harvest Market is a curated vintage market. We are primarily seeking vendors offering vintage and thrifted goods. What We Expect from Vendors: (see required)

  • Event promotion on your social media (at least 1 post and 2 stories posting about the event) Don’t forget to tag us!

  • Please upload the best, most up-to-date photo of your product(s). These photos may or may not be used to promote your product and the event.

  • Kindness to your booth neighbor (buddy system for bathroom breaks, etc.-we can also help when needed, just ask!)

  • Please note electricity is not available. Please bring your own (quiet) generator.

Cancellation Policy:

Vendor fees are non refundable 15 days prior to the event. Please keep us informed, so we are able to contact someone to fill your place from the wait list.

The Vintage Harvest Market is a curated community market focused on creating a welcoming, enjoyable, and professional experience for vendors and shoppers. By participating, vendors agree to the following:

Professionalism & Respect

  • Treat customers, fellow vendors, volunteers, organizers, and the public with courtesy and respect.

  • Harassment, discrimination, abusive language, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

  • Work cooperatively with event organizers and follow all event instructions.

Market Rules

  • Sell only the products approved through your application.

  • Vintage and thrifted goods are the primary focus of the market. Any handcrafted, locally made, or vintage-inspired products must align with the event's curated vision.

  • Obtain and maintain any required permits, licences, or certifications applicable to your business.

  • Comply with all municipal, provincial, and federal regulations.

Booth Expectations

  • Arrive during the designated setup time and be ready before the market opens.

  • Provide your own tent, tables, chairs, displays, and any required power source unless otherwise arranged.

  • Keep your booth clean, safe, and contained within your assigned space.

  • Remain set up for the duration of the market unless prior approval has been given to leave early.

  • Leave your space clean and free of garbage at the end of the event.

Customer Experience

  • Display pricing clearly and conduct all sales honestly and professionally.

  • Represent your products accurately and maintain a welcoming shopping environment.

  • Any changes to the products you sell must be approved by the organizers before the event.

Safety

  • Follow all applicable health and safety requirements.

  • Food vendors must comply with Manitoba food handling regulations and display all required permits.

  • Report any safety concerns or incidents to event organizers immediately.

Promotion & Community

  • Help promote the market by sharing event information on social media when possible.

  • Support a positive, community-focused atmosphere that reflects the values of the Vintage Harvest Market.

Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct or event policies may result in removal from the event and may affect participation in future Vintage Harvest Market events.
